• Tourists who cannot enter the park due to not carrying an ID card or other reasons will not be eligible for refunds or changes.

• In case of temporary closure of the ropeway or slide due to severe weather such as rain or snow, a free adjustment plan will be provided, replacing the original ropeway / slide with a round-trip ropeway. The price will remain unchanged, with no additional payment required.
