- During peak seasons, holidays, traffic congestion, inclement weather, or other special circumstances, the tour guide may reasonably reduce the itinerary based on the day's conditions. This is due to Japanese law stipulating that vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours. No refunds will be provided for the shortened itinerary.
- Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time is greatly affected by traffic and weather conditions. Therefore, please do not book any return activities for the same day. The operator is not responsible for any losses caused by delays. All itineraries do not accept arbitrary adjustments by tourists. Playtime is subject to corresponding time restrictions and is mainly based on the road conditions of the day or the arrangement of the guide. - Participants must be at least 3 years old to participate in the activity (36 months and older are charged the same price as adults). If guests are bringing luggage, please note this in the "Special Requests" section (limited to 1 standard-sized piece of luggage per person). Customer service will provide further notification. If guests do not notify customer service and bring luggage on their own, the supplier reserves the right to refuse carriage of guests with undeclared items, and no refund will be issued.
- If the guest arrives late, does not show up on the day of the activity, or abandons the itinerary during the trip due to their own reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic forfeiture of the itinerary. The guest will be responsible for the consequences and additional costs arising therefrom. The supplier is not responsible and will not provide refunds or rescheduling.
- Vehicles are dispatched based on the number of bookings for the day. The itinerary may be adjusted or changed depending on traffic or local conditions. In the event of force majeure (extreme weather or other factors), the supplier reserves the right to cancel the trip. In this case, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
