- Free for children aged 0-5 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
- Children aged 6-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may becanceled
- The departure and arrival times and time to be spent at destinations written on the itinerary are an estimate. The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations
- May – November Tours: Due to facility circumstances such as concerns about falling rocks on the forest path leading to Fujiyama Twin Terrace, or in case of inclement weather and the company has determined that views cannot be seen from Fujiyama Twin Terrace, the tour will be guided to an alternative location (Alternative Locations: Fugaku Wind Cave, NarusawaIce Cave, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum)
- January – April Tours: The tour will visit the facility as long as it is open, even in inclement weather
- Mt. Fuji may not be visible in its entirety depending on the weather, but the tour will not be canceled, and refunds will not be given for this reason
- There is an accompanying National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter. Learn about the history and nature of the Fuji area
- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch. If bus seats or lunch is required, please make a booking under the child rate
- For lunch, a Halal-certified bento box meal and water will be served. Allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available
- As there are stairs and slippery areas, participating in the tour wearing athletic footwear is recommended
- In winter, as temperatures can drop below freezing, bringing warm clothing is recommended
- Customers participating in the tour are allotted 2 prayer times: at Fuji Kawaguchiko Masjid and at Saiko Iyashi-no-Sato Nenba
