Day 1

• Departure: Meet the operator at . Enter your preferred location at checkout. The operator will make the final confirmation accordingly. Arrive in Guilin from your departure city and be greeted by the picturesque landscapes reminiscent of traditional Chinese ink paintings. Upon arrival in Guilin, our professional staff will be waiting to greet you with a sign (your tour guide will contact you by text message or phone call before 10 PM the day before your departure, so please keep your communication lines open). Enjoy a free day to explore at your leisure; meals are at your own expense. Feel free to plan your day according to your arrival time.

The clear, green river water flows through the cave, and the reflection of the cave in the river creates a spectacle of "a bright moon under the water, and a bright moon floating on the water," making it a symbol of Guilin's landscape. The waters of the Yulong River are like green jade, crystal clear, where leisurely fish and swaying rafts are clearly visible. If the Li River is compared to a "graceful lady," then the Yulong River is a "charming maiden" that makes your heart flutter.
• [Attraction/experience] Guided tour, Xianggong Mountain, Climbing Xianggong Mountain and gazing into the distance, the peaks are arranged in an orderly manner, and the clear Li River meanders through the mountains. The light and shadow, sea of clouds, sunrise, and colorful clouds here attract countless photographers and photography enthusiasts. If you do not require transportation to the station/airport, please inform the tour guide in advance.)

• Regarding Accommodation: The default arrangement is a hotel twin room, with two adults per room. This itinerary does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one "Single Room Supplement." Single travelers will be assigned a private room. For three adults traveling together, please purchase one additional "Single Room Supplement," which will provide you with two rooms.
• For your safety, please keep your valuables with you at all times! Do not leave valuables in hotel rooms or on tour buses. Please safeguard your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency is not liable for any losses due to personal negligence.
• Please bring valid identification with you when you depart. You will be responsible for any losses incurred due to not having valid identification, such as being unable to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions.
• Travelers must ensure they are in good health before participating in travel itineraries arranged by the travel agency. Deception or concealment is not permitted. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to a traveler's health condition.
• The travel agency does not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency is not responsible for any consequences arising from tourists acting independently.
• If a traveler voluntarily leaves the group or changes their itinerary mid-tour for personal reasons, it will be regarded as a waiver. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the traveler will be responsible for any other costs and safety issues that arise as a result.
• Our company reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions. We are not responsible for any delays or changes to the itinerary caused by force majeure or the tourist's own reasons, and any costs incurred shall be borne by the guest.
• All times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only and are subject to actual conditions on the day of the tour. Please be aware and understand that the itinerary is subject to change and adjustment due to factors such as weather, road conditions, holidays, arrival and departure times, queuing and control at scenic spots, tourist-related issues, and force majeure.
• The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location approximately one day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time. To avoid delaying the行程 of other guests, we will depart promptly at the scheduled time and will not wait for late arrivals. Guests who do not arrive on time due to their own reasons will bear the full loss.
• Due to the nature of tours organized by travel agencies, minors must be accompanied by an adult. People with disabilities, the elderly, and those with mobility issues are advised to have family or friends accompany them. Those with poor health, multiple illnesses, and pregnant women are not recommended to join the tour. Our agency is not responsible for any inconvenience or problems caused otherwise.
• Upon checking into the hotel, please ensure all amenities are complete and that the hot water and air conditioning are functioning properly. If you find any issues with the room's facilities or amenities, please contact the hotel staff or your tour guide immediately. Guilin is a sightseeing tourism city, and tourists spend less time in hotels compared to coastal resort tourism cities, which are different in nature.
• Meals included in the itinerary: breakfast is included in the hotel room rate (non-refundable if not used). Lunch and dinner will be provided according to the product's meal standard, excluding alcoholic beverages (except for special meals). Guilin cuisine is relatively spicy; if you have specific dietary requirements, please inform your tour guide in advance.
• All attraction tickets included in the itinerary have been calculated based on discounted rates. Therefore, guests with preferential certificates such as military officer IDs, disability certificates, senior citizen cards, or other special status will not be entitled to a refund for any price difference.
• In the event of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances despite reasonable efforts (such as traffic jams, rising water levels in scenic areas, policy adjustments, long queues, etc.), inability to visit due to return travel time, or situations where special populations cannot be accommodated according to scenic area regulations, resulting in the inability to arrange certain attractions or meals normally, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace them with other equivalent attractions (If refunds occur during the trip, all refund standards are based on the travel agency's discounted price, not the scenic area's listed price; no refunds will be given for complimentary attractions).
• (Yulong River Regulations) Individuals who have consumed alcohol, those with heart conditions, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, as well as people with disabilities, pregnant women, children under 6 years old, and seniors over 65 years old are not permitted to ride bamboo rafts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• During the group tour, outside of free time, if you choose to leave the group mid-tour, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment on your part, and no refund will be given for the uncompleted portion of the tour where losses have already been incurred.
