• The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons
• Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed
• Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason
• Mt. Fuji 5th Station will be visited until the tour set in November.
• If Mt. Fuji's 4th or 5th Station cannot be reached due to road surface freezing, an accident on the Fuji Subaru Line, weather conditions, or other reasons, the tour will be guided to Oshino Hakkai or Fujisan World Heritage Center
• Drop-off is available only at Shinjuku Station (West Exit). The tour will not return to Tokyo Station

• Parental permission in writing is necessary for all tour participants under the age of eighteen. Any participant under the age of fifteen or not yet enrolled in middle school must be joined by a parent or guardian on the tour.
