• Depending on the weather conditions on the date of your trip, there is a chance that Mt. Fuji can't be seen. Whether the mountain can be seen or not, the trip will push through, and no refunds will be issued
• There may be road blockages at the Mt. Fuji Fifth Station because of the weather or traffic issues. If there are road blockages, you'll visit Oshino Hakkai near the Fifth Station instead
• Due to the weather, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. If the ropeway is out of service, we will take a bus instead. In this case, no refunds will be given.
