• We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests. However, as this is a shared ride tour, seating is primarily assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requirements, please indicate them in the remarks section, and we will try our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. • Due to the length of the journey, the actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above times are estimates only. • During the tour, early departure or leaving the group mid-tour is not permitted. If you choose to leave the group mid-tour, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be provided. • Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, and festive events) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors.
