• Infants aged 1-2 years travel free of charge without occupying a seat, but participation is not recommended. If participation is necessary, please inform us by email in advance. The driver reserves the right to refuse carriage if prior notice is not given and seating is insufficient. If children under 2 years old require a seat, a ticket must be purchased at the same price as an adult ticket and a note must be added to the booking. Children aged 2 years and older are also priced the same as adults. Additionally, senior citizens aged 65 and above (inclusive) must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel and be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip.
• Please be aware that due to Japanese regulations prohibiting vehicle use exceeding 10 hours, traffic congestion around Mount Fuji and surrounding attractions may occur during the cherry blossom season (March 15th to April 15th) or on Japanese public holidays (weekends and major holidays). If this happens, the tour guide has the right to shorten the time spent at attractions. Thank you for your understanding.
• 2. Travelers with the following conditions or other conditions that are not suitable for excessive stimulation should not participate in this project: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women. If you conceal your registration, you must bear the consequences yourself.
• 3. This itinerary is a fixed carpool route, so customers participating in this itinerary must abide by the designated time at each attraction and follow the driver's instructions. If you do not adhere to the schedule, you will need to make your own way to the next meeting point.
• 4. No refunds will be given for non-participation or trip interruption due to personal issues, lateness, or other reasons, so please be aware of this. No refunds will be given to those who voluntarily leave the group during the trip. Furthermore, you must bear the consequences yourself if this leads to personal or property safety issues.
• 5. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you and take good care of them. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please do not eat or drink in the vehicle. If you cause stains in the vehicle, you will be required to pay compensation according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
• 6. The arrival time of each itinerary may vary depending on the traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd influence on the day, and the order of the itinerary may also be changed. As Japanese regulations stipulate that the vehicle cannot be used for more than 10 hours, please forgive us for delays, cancellations, or reduced attractions due to traffic jams caused by red days or force majeure factors, and you may not request a refund for this reason.
• 7. Vehicle Type: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When there are few people in the group, the driver will also serve as the attendant to provide full travel services. No additional tour leader will be assigned, please be aware. This product is a shared car service, and there will be other guests riding together.
• 8-day tours do not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself.
