• If a Black Rainstorm Warning/ Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted on the day of the activity: The activity will be suspended. Affected customers should contact Klook customer service within one month to reschedule. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained. Requests made after the deadline will not be processed
