Eligibility

• Up to 2 children aged 0-5 are free to board the train and bus as long as they are accompanied by an adult or a child aged 6 above
• Children aged 0-3 are free to enter the park. For children aged 4-5, please purchase an infant ticket on site

• If you cancel the booking between booking confirmation to 03:00, 0 day(s) before participation time, a 0% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking at 03:00, 0 day(s) before participation time or later, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking after participation time, 100% cancellation fee will be charged

Amendment policy

• Please cancel first before the 3am (JST) of the selected activity date and rebook

• Please find the QR code collection in English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Traditional Chinese
• Note: A lead traveller can activate the tickets for all passengers or distribute it to them
• Ensure you have an internet connection; taking screenshots to board the transportation is prohibited.
• Important: This offer is not available for Japanese passport holders
