• Sea turtles and sardines are wild animals and you may not be seen during the tour
• In Moalboal, we will enter the beach (directly from the beach), and it is recommended to wear comfortable marine shoes
• The tour is relatively long and the road conditions are rough, so it is recommend that you take your own anti-sickness medicine
• The tour ending time may be delayed depending on the time of year, number of participants, road conditions, etc. Please consult with us in advance if you have plans immediately after the scheduled ending time or if you plan to fly home on the same day
• No changes will be accepted less than 24 hours prior to the tour start time.
• Tours are weather permitting. If a tour is canceled due to inclement weather, a decision will be made one day prior to the tour/experience (18:00 local time) whether or not the tour/experience will take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail.
