Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 0+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 0-14 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 15+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Free for children aged 0-2

Additional information

• You will be required to kneel down when you feed the ray
• Be mindful of your noise, do not make loud noises
• Do not touch the animals or the contents of their enclosure
• Children are the responsibility of their parents, guardians, or caregivers and must be supervised at all times. Children cannot attend this tour without a guardian present
• Please tread carefully in this area, do not run in this area. There may be water present on floor
• Lifts, escalators and accessible toilets throughout the attraction
• If you are unable to walk onto the viewing deck for turtle hospital, you can still see the turtles in the tank through a viewing window
• Wheelchair or Pram is accessible for self-guided walk-throughs, but not for behind-the-scenes guided tours due to the nature of the tour
• Companion Cards are not accepted for this experience
