• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• This activity is wheelchair-accessible

• Visitors who disrupt the visit through rule violations or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the room

• Please maintain a quiet environment during your visit by keeping voices low

• Making or receiving phone calls is not allowed inside the exhibition halls. Please step outside the exhibition areas if you need to use your phone

• Backpacks, large bags, and bulky items must be left in the cloakroom, as they may pose a risk to the artworks or inconvenience other visitors. Lockers operate with a refundable EUR 1 coin deposit

• Umbrellas must be left in the umbrella stand before entering the exhibition hall

• The audio guide is accessible online via the QR code available at various points throughout the room. To access it, you need a mobile device with internet access. If you don't have mobile data, you can connect to the room's free Wi-Fi

• For sustainability reasons, we recommend that visitors bring their own headphones

• If you need to purchase the headphones, you can also purchase them at the box office

• If you choose not to use headphones, please hold your phone to your ear and use a moderate volume

• Monday: 14:00-20:00

• Tuesday-Saturday: 11:00-20:00

• Last admission: 30 minutes before closing

• Opening hours and closure dates may change. Kindly check the latest information before your visit

• Sundays and holidays: 11:00-19:00

• Closed on: 25 December, 1 and 6 January

• Void clearance begins 10 minutes before closing time

• The last entry allows for a 20-minute walk

• Special hours on 24 and 31 December and 5 January, from 11:00 to 15:00
