Partial refunds with PHP 600 (surcharge + web admin fee) charge per person will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 days before the selected activity date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 24 hours before the selected activity date.
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
