• For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, the maximum single seat payload is 130 kg

• Any passengers exceeding 130 kg are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of the ticket price, the amount is payable to Nautilus Aviation on the day of travel and it is a non-commissionable
• The maximum number of passengers permitted per helicopter is subject to the aircraft availability
• Nautilus Aviation accommodates both FIT and group passengers on the 30-, 45-, and 60-minute scenic flights from Cairns daily
• To ensure smooth operations, passenger check-in comfort, and minimize delays, all 30-, 45-, and 60-minute Scenic Flight bookings up to 6 passengers (1 helicopter) will continue to depart from the Pier Heliport, while all bookings for 7+ passengers will continue. (2+ helicopters) will now depart from the General Aviation Airport location
