• The time you select is a reservation for Madame Tussauds. Visit Madame Tussauds first to collect your gondola voucher

• Please arrive to the museum 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to collect all of your tickets. You will then book your Gondola boat ride with The Venetian after you receive your tickets

• The boat departs from outside the Venetian Resort, a short walk from Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. The Gondola voucher can be redeemed any day within 7 days of collection. Reservations are required and must be booked in person. You can check the boat operating hours via the official Venetian website.
