Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 7+ to participate in this activity

• 1 participating adult for every 4 children under the age of 12. An guardian over the age of 18 must sign the Waiver & Consent Form on behalf of any rider under the age of 18

• 1 participating adult for every 4 children under the age of 12. An guardian over the age of 18 must sign the Waiver & Consent Form on behalf of any rider under the age of 18

• Height Restriction: Min. 3 ft (90cm), Max. 6 ft 6 in (200cm)

• Participants must weigh between 25kg-100kg for this activity

• Applicable to Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan or citizen from other countries

Booking limitations

• Before the flight, riders are required to read and confirm the Need-to-Know.

Check-in

• Please check-in 30 minutes before the flight time shown on your ticket. Any rider arriving late will have their flight re-allocated to a later time, subject to availability.

Bring your ticket

• All customers who have pre-booked should bring their e-ticket and ID to the ZIPCITY box office for check-in. The e-ticket is e-mailed to you after the booking. Alternatively, you can show ZIPCITY staff the e-ticket on a phone or tablet.

Avoid bringing bulky items

• All small loose items carried by participants will be placed inside a bag from ZIPCITY, which can be carried with you during your adventure. Please avoid bringing bulky items such as luggage or large bags. There are no customer lockers available at ZIPCITY.

Wear Appropriate Clothes

• Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery and scarves should be removed. Wear sensible trousers or knee length shorts. Dresses and skirts are not recommended. Eyewear must be removed or worn with straps that can be purchased from our retail shop. Please wear trainers or flat shoes with no open toes.
