Usage validity

The voucher is valid for 1 day(s) from the redemption/activation date. It expires at the same redemption/activation time on the last day. (I.e. If the redemption/activation time is at 13:00, it will expire at 13:00 1 day(s) later).

In regards to the card validity for public transport, the travel pass will be activated when first used at a network terminal. The travel pass will be valid for the consecutive duration of your card and will follow the operating time of 05:00 to 00:30, regardless of when it was first used

From the moment you collect your card, you have 18 months to use it. After 18 months, your card will become obsolete and will not be replaced
How to redeem

Collect your Lyon city card at any one of the collection points by presenting your Klook voucher. You may collect it at anytime within the operating hours without a deadline

Once you have collected your card, you can take part in activities by showing your card and mini-guide or your pass via mobile app at the respective activity's or attraction's ticket office to receive your entrance ticket

Your card will be activated as soon as you use it on public transport or for your first tourist activity
