• Participants must be aged 5+ to participate in this activity

• Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Children aged 5-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Carer ticket: Up to two carer tickets are available per standard ticket purchased. Valid supporting documentation must be presented upon arrival alongside the guest requiring assistance. For more details on valid supporting documentation, kindly refer here

• Children aged 0-5 are prohibited to enter the London Dungeon. Kindly select another pass without the London Dungeon

• Duration: 30-minute rotation on the London Eye & 1.5-2 hours per attraction (Madame Tussauds London, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, The London Dungeon & Shrek's Adventure London)
• Luggage policy for all attractions: Suitcases and large hand luggage are not permitted inside the attraction. Left luggage facilities are available at the London Eye Ticket Office (Please check official website for opening hours) and nearby Waterloo Station

London Eye

• The London Eye has a height of 135 m with a total of 32 pods
• Pregnant women are welcome on the London Eye, which offers comfortable seating, nearby toilet facilities, and a 30-minute rotation
• London Eye wheelchair time slot: Wheelchair users are required to book a wheelchair time slot in advance here. Please make sure to select the same time slot as your Klook booking

• Accessibility: A maximum of 2 wheelchair users are allowed per pod
• Rotation duration: A full rotation takes approximately 30 minutes
• Strollers and pushchairs must be completely folded down before entering the pod. Please make sure to carry your child while going up and down stairs onsite
• Prohibited items: Sharp objects, alcohol, tripods, drones, scooters/skateboards, and fireworks
• Not allowed: Luggage and suitcases
• Allowed: Small day bags, backpacks, baby bags, and cameras
• Storage: Storage facilities are available onsite (Payable at GBP 5 per item). Items will have to be collected by 19:00 on the same day as there is an overnight charge of GBP 25

Madame Tussauds London:

• A cloakroom is available at an additional cost
• Large luggage are not allowed onsite
• Buggies and pushchairs are not allowed into the attraction, it must be stored in the cloakroom with no additional fees
• Baby-changing facilities are available and are located at regular points within the attraction
• It is recommended to allow approximately 2 hours to experience all areas of Madame Tussauds London
• The venue has 7 unique zones and is home to over 150 incredibly lifelike figures

SEA LIFE London Aquarium

• Most visitors spend around 1.5 to 2 hours exploring the venue

• Photography is allowed, but flash photography is prohibited as it scares and harms the sea creatures. The use of tripods are prohibited as well

The London Dungeon

• Guest advisory: Please be aware that the London Dungeon features dark, enclosed spaces, loud noises, and sudden scares. If you suffer from claustrophobia or panic attacks, please ask a team member if this experience is suitable for you
• Pregnant guests are very welcome at The London Dungeon. Please keep in mind that the experience involves around 90 minutes of walking and standing with very limited opportunities to sit down
• Drop Dead Drop Ride: The venue has this 1 ride, please refer for further details here
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted
• The recommended age is participants aged 12+ for this venue. Please note that children aged 5+ can enter at the discretion of their parent or guardian
• This venue has no cloakroom available

Shrek's Adventure London

• It is recommended for children aged 6-12 to visit this attraction

• Expectant mothers are welcome to join the adventure, but please note this is a mostly walking and standing experience with little chance to sit down

• Buggies are not permitted in the venue. Please note that buggies may need to be folded at the buggy bay entrance (Leaving them free of charge here). If you’re storing a buggy, you may also store one bag for free alongside it

• The voucher is valid for 7 day(s) from the participation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

• Customers must visit The London Eye on the selected booking date. Remaining attractions may be visited within 7 days following the London Eye visit

• Step 1: Please enter the ticket number starting with "77", shown on your voucher PDF

• Step 2: On the booking page, select Option 2, "Find your booking using your ticket number"

• Step 3: Enter the voucher number to redeem the ticket and reserve the preferred London Eye time slot

• Step 4: After the reservation is completed, please save the QR code, as it will be required for entry
