How to redeem

• Meet your guide at the fountain in Russell Square, WC1B 5EH

• Your guide will be wearing a ‘VoxCity’ navy blue uniform and carrying a white ‘VoxCity’ flag

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your booked time slot and bring your own headphones

• Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the app and audio guide prior to arrival
