Terms & Conditions

• Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff

• Visitors are permitted to interact with and feed the animals only within designated areas, in accordance with the guidelines for each area and under the supervision of authorized staff

• Touching, disturbing, or harassing animals outside the designated interaction areas is strictly prohibited

• Any aggressive or unsafe behavior, including vandalism, violence, or disturbance to visitors or animals, may result in immediate removal from the farm without compensation, regardless of the visitor’s age. The relevant authorities may also be notified when necessary

• Large bags, drones, weapons of any kind, and animal food from outside the farm are strictly prohibited

• Visitors must wash their hands thoroughly after interacting with animals. Handwashing facilities are available throughout the farm

• Shoes must be worn at all times within the farm premises

• Climbing over, crossing, sitting on, or standing on any safety barriers, including railings, fences, walls, or other protective barriers, is strictly prohibited. Carrying children over such barriers is also not allowed

• Throwing rocks, litter, or any other objects into animal enclosures or areas is prohibited

• Picking up, hitting, kicking, pinching, chasing, or otherwise harassing animals in any manner is strictly prohibited. The farm reserves the right to remove any violating visitor without compensation

• Tampering with animal food or water, or placing any objects or substances in them, is strictly prohibited

• Pets of any kind are not permitted inside the farm

• Balloons are prohibited throughout the farm premises

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
