Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 0-3 can join this activity free of charge and do not require a ticket

Additional information

• Please note that the buses on the Green Route are not suitable for wheelchair users
• Pets are prohibited
• For safety reasons, the operator’s buses can accommodate only one occupied wheelchair at a time. If a wheelchair space is already in use, guests will need to wait for the next bus. Please ask the driver for assistance if needed
• The operator’s wheelchair spaces accommodate wheelchairs up to 70 cm wide, 120 cm long, and 135 cm high. If your wheelchair exceeds these dimensions or you are unsure whether it will fit on the bus, please contact the operator
• Please note that the bus will not stop at Praca dos Restauradores on the last Sunday of the month
• Discounts with the 24-hour ticket (Valid during the ticket’s validity period only):
• City Lockers: 10% discount in the following locations: Rossio Metro Station, Praca da Figueira Car Park, Martim Moniz Car Park, City Lockers Chiado Store and City Lockers Camoes Store. The code can be located on the voucher
