• This activity has no age limit
• Infants aged 0-2 who do not require a seat need to purchase a shuttle bus ticket, but can enter Lihpao Land for free.

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

• If you cancel the booking between booking confirmation to 18:00, 2 day(s) before participation time, a 0% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking at 18:00, 2 day(s) before participation time or later, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking after participation time, 100% cancellation fee will be charged

Additional information

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
• Infants aged 0-2 years old require a shuttle bus ticket even if they do not occupy a seat, but can enter Lihpao Land for free; please present an identification document proving the child's age to the staff before boarding.
• This tour requires a minimum of 15 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified by email before 12:00 PM the day before departure.
• Before boarding, please ensure that all passengers have their travel documents ready (passport, identification, valid visa).

Shuttle Service Process

Before You Go

• Vehicle information will be emailed to the customer by 8 PM the night before departure. Please be sure to provide a contactable email address.
• If you have not received an email, please send an email to service@routortravel.com before 9 PM.

Departure Date

• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Late arrivals will not be able to modify, cancel, or request a refund for their order.
• The driver or staff will hold a sign indicating "Lihpao Land Shuttle" to pick up passengers.
• The boarding location may be slightly adjusted based on traffic conditions on the day of the tour. Please ensure your contact phone number or email is active to receive notifications from our customer service staff.

Return Trip Day

• The return time is 16:45. Please board the bus at the main entrance of Lihpao Land. We will not wait for latecomers. Late arrivals cannot request order cancellations or refunds for this reason.
• Please note: The above scheduled time is subject to traffic conditions on the date of participation, so the actual arrival time at Lihpao Land may vary slightly.
• This product includes transportation shuttle service only. There is no tour guide service, and the itinerary cannot be adjusted or changed.
• Round trip service (departure + return) only. One-way service is not available.
• No pets allowed on the bus.
• Due to passenger liability insurance, tickets must be purchased for infants and children. We reserve the right to refuse service if the number of passengers boarding differs from the number booked.
• Open seating is available upon boarding; seat assignments are not possible.
• If our company is unable to contact the traveler the day before departure, we will not be able to make any changes, cancellations, or refunds for any subsequent issues that may arise.
• Certain rides or activities may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to on-site announcements for facility availability.
