  • Full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure.
  • 50% of the tour fee will be charged as a loss for cancellations 4-7 days (inclusive) before departure.
  • A cancellation 1-3 days (inclusive) before departure will incur a 70% loss of the tour fee.
  • Cancellation on the day of departure will incur the full amount of the loss.
  • For orders with travel dates during major holidays (New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, etc.), cancellations within 7 days (inclusive) prior to departure will incur a 100% loss of the total tour fee.
