Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 0-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 17+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children under 90 cm are not charged at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

Additional information

• On some departures, there will be a short stop in Windsor to collect guests from Royal Windsor on return

• The travel time between London and Legoland Windsor Resort is approximately 1 hour. You will have around 6 hours at Legoland Windsor Resort

• There is a toilet on board the coach

• Please note that certain rides and attractions may close due to inclement weather, operational reasons or maintenance

• For groups with individuals with mobility issues or requiring a wheelchair, please contact the operator 7 days prior to your travel date to arrange a suitable vehicle

• Please note that certain rides and attractions in the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort can be physically demanding and vigorous. The resort therefore reserves the right to refuse admission for certain rides should the resort feel there is a danger to a particular individual for any reason. The resort has been advised by the Health and Safety Executive that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination

Meet-up information

• Make sure to arrive on time
• Arrive at the meet-up location 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
• Boarding commences at 09:00
• The operator will be waiting to greet you by the Evan Evans Welcome Desk at Victoria Coach Station and will direct you to the correct departure gate

Eligibility

• Children under 90 cm enter for free and will require a ticket that can be obtained on entry into the attraction
• Maximum 3 free infant tickets per entry allowed
• Disabled guests pay the standard price and are entitled to up to 2 free carer tickets per booking, which can be collected upon entry

• If you wish to leave the park and return the same day, at no charge, please have your hand stamped at the entrance turnstiles. Failure to obtain a handstamp will result in you not being re-admitted
