Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

Booking Restriction

• Participants are responsible for loss / damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, masks, and will be charged according to the price of the item
• Participants must obey the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form without our consent
• If there are participants who bring illegal drugs or make riots that make inconvenience to other participants during the trip, the operator has the right to issue/repatriate the participant without any refunds
• If the participant arrives late or is absent on the day of departure for any reason, the entire travel package is not refundable, not changeable, not transferable
• If participant does not show up at the agreed place and time of meet up during the trip, the participant will be responsible for any additional costs and the missed itinerary cannot be recourse or refunded
• If the participant fails to comply with the indication of the guide to gather at the meeting point in time during the trip, the participant will be responsible for any additional costs and incurred damage
• The operator disclaims any responsibility for the consequences caused by participant if they withdraw the group during the trip
• The operator reserves all rights, while respecting the program, to cancel or change the order of visits without notice depending on the Komodo National Park authority, weather, time changing or the closing day of tour sites, etc

• Please be mindful not to feed the marine animals, walk on corals, or engage in any activity that may damage the marine ecosystem

• If you are prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend you take travel sickness tablets 1 hour(s) before the activity time

• Routes may change due to weather or traffic conditions

• This tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. Please make sure you are fit enough to participate

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
