• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• This offer is only available for female participants

• Participants must have a minimum height of 100cm and maximum height of 140 to wear Children's Kimono

Additional information

• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women

• Maximum waist and hip circumference for adult kimonos: 110cm

• Persons with disabilities are allowed to join this activity provided that they are accompanied by another participant

• The stores offer a changing room for men and women. Please note that participants are allowed to rent any garment from the opposite gender

• For photography service, the shoot will take place outdoors. The photos will be selected by the photographer and will be sent via email within 3 working days. Please download your photos within 15 days after receiving the email as the download link will expire thereafter.

• If you need to increase the number of retouching for the shooting plan, you will be charged an additional fee. If necessary, please discuss with the store on the same day

• Please return the kimono before 17:00. If you return the kimono between 17:30-18:00, a surcharge of JPY 1,000 per person will be charged for late return; if you return the kimono after 18:00, it will be considered an overnight rental and a surcharge of JPY1,000-5,000 will be charged depending on the type of the kimono

• Please return the kimono without any damages. A fee of thrice the rental fee will be charged for any permanent stains (paint, ink, etc), missing pieces, burns, or other spotted damages upon return

• The activity may get canceled due to inclement weather. You will be notified via email 3 days before your scheduled date. You may reschedule or request a full refund

• If you have any valuables, please take them with you while you go sightseeing. The operator will not be responsible for damages or loss of property
