Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats

Registration Information

• If the registrant is a senior citizen aged 70 or above, or a pregnant woman, a waiver must be signed to ensure safety and complete the relevant insurance process. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" field when booking. The operator will email the waiver document upon receiving the order. Please sign, photograph, and return the document in advance to complete the registration process.
• Each guest can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. If you bring luggage without notifying us at least one day in advance, it may cause overcrowding and affect driving safety. The tour guide reserves the right to refuse you boarding, and no refund will be issued. If your party includes infants "under 3 years old not occupying a seat", please be sure to note this when placing your order, as infants are included in the total number of passengers even if they do not occupy a seat.

Pre-Trip Tips

• You will receive an email between 20:00-21:00 the day before departure with information about your tour guide and vehicle. Please check your spam or junk mail folder, as the email may be misfiled. During peak season, there may be a delay in sending the email. In special circumstances, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
• As this is a shared ride, please be on time at the meeting point or attraction. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals. You will be responsible for any unexpected costs and liabilities resulting from your lateness.
• As this is a group tour, guests of other language backgrounds may be traveling with you.
• To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to confirm the meeting point and avoid changing it at the last minute. If you miss the bus due to a change of meeting point for personal reasons, we regret that a refund will not be possible.
• Vehicle types will be arranged according to the actual number of passengers; specific vehicle types cannot be guaranteed.
• Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, light-up events, fireworks festivals, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, and festive activities) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors. Specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to official announcements. If no official cancellation notice is received, the operator will proceed according to the original plan. Refunds are not available if the flowering period or special event does not meet expectations.
• Will visit Heian Shrine during Nijo Castle's closure and Kyusho-den Hall closure.

Trip Tips

• During peak season or other special circumstances, the departure time may be earlier or slightly delayed. Please refer to the email notification you receive the day before your trip for the exact departure time and be prepared accordingly.
• Seating requests will be accommodated to the best of the operator's ability. However, as this is a shared tour, seating is primarily assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special needs, please indicate them in the remarks, and the operator will do its best to arrange suitable seating for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day of the tour.
• The transportation, tour duration, and time spent at each location during the tour are subject to actual conditions on the day. In the event of special circumstances (such as traffic jams or weather conditions), the tour guide will reasonably adjust the order of the itinerary or reduce the number of attractions (or time spent at each), depending on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests.
• During the group tour, early departure or leaving the group midway is not permitted. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be provided. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group.
• Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The times above are estimates only. Please avoid scheduling other activities after the tour on the same day. The operator will not be liable for any losses caused by delays.
