Additional information

• The price of the kimono package does not include hairstyling. If desired, it can be added on-site, starting from ¥1100.
• Customers will be charged a compensation fee of 7,000 JPY for any irreparable stains (blood, saliva, food/beverage stains), damage, burn marks, or other damage to the kimono caused by customer negligence. Please handle the kimono with care. (Compensation fees for Furisode Plan, Homongi Plan, and Togetsu Plan may exceed 7,000 JPY.)
• Please return the kimono by 18:00 on the same day. Returns after 18:00 will incur an additional charge (¥550 per person per 15 minutes).
• The shop cannot accommodate returns after 19:00. If you are unable to return the item by 19:00, please return it by 12:00 the following day (an additional late return fee of JPY 2200 will apply).
• Returning the kimono after 12:00 PM the following day will incur an additional kimono rental fee. Guests may extend the rental period until 18:00.
• Once you have chosen your kimono upon arrival and the dressing process has begun, the original kimono fee will still apply if you wish to change the kimono or obi. If you require a change, please inform us before the dressing process begins. The same policy applies to hairstyle changes.
• Guests may leave their luggage at our store while they are out. However, please ensure that there are no valuables in the stored luggage. Our store will not be held liable for any loss or damage to valuables contained within stored items.

• The price of the kimono package does not include hairstyling fees. If needed, it can be added on-site, with fees starting from JPY 1100.
• If irreparable stains (blood, saliva, beverage or food stains), damage, burns from cigarette ashes, etc. are caused to the kimono due to customer negligence, the customer will pay a compensation fee of 7000 yen. Please handle the kimono with care. (The compensation fee for the Furisode Plan, Homongi Plan, and Togetsu Plan may be higher than 7000 yen.)
• Please return the kimono by 18:00 on the day of rental. Returns after 18:00 will incur an additional charge of 550 JPY per person per 15 minutes.
• The store cannot accommodate returns after 19:00. If you exceed 19:00, please return the item before 12:00 the next day (an additional late return fee of 2200 JPY will be charged).
• If the kimono is returned after 12:00 PM the following day, an additional kimono rental fee will be charged. Guests may extend the rental time until 18:00.
• Once you have selected your kimono upon arrival and the process has begun, customers are still responsible for the cost of the kimono if they need to change the kimono or obi after selection. If you need to make a change, please let us know before the dressing process begins. The same policy applies to changing hairstyles.
• Guests can leave their luggage at our store when they go out. However, please make sure that there are no valuables in the stored luggage. Our store will be exempt from all responsibility if valuables are lost or damaged in the stored items.
