Additional information
People with physical disabilities can also participate, but they must be able to stand for 2-3 minutes while the kimono is put on.
We can store your luggage in the store's shelves, but please take all valuables with you.
If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, a change fee of 500 yen (per person) will be charged. Please pay on-site.
There will be an additional charge of 20,000 yen if the kimono is lost, soiled or damaged.
If you are pregnant, please let us know. Please take responsibility for your health.
Depending on your physique and size, you may not be able to wear your desired kimono. In such cases, we cannot refund the difference. If you desire a visiting kimono, we recommend selecting a regular kimono plan when booking, confirming the size of the visiting kimono on-site, and paying the additional fee locally.
