Usage validity
The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
Customers can self-service and cancel orders without loss 4 days before departure, before 14:00.
If a customer cancels between 14:01 on the 4th day before departure and 23:59 on the 2nd day before departure, a cancellation fee of 100 yuan per person will be charged.
If the customer cancels between 00:00 and 20:00 one day before departure, a cancellation fee of 200 yuan per person will be charged.
Cancellations are not allowed after 20:01 one day before departure.
If we are unable to contact you the day before your trip, the order will be automatically canceled and a penalty of 150 yuan per person will be deducted.
