Poyin Hotel: Free cancellation and modification 7 days before travel; no refunds or changes within 7 days. Yangshuo Sugarcane Hotel: No refunds or changes after booking.
If canceled 30-8 days before the trip, the buyer notifies of cancellation and pays 20% of the total tour cost as liquidated damages.
If the trip is canceled 7-2 days before departure, and the buyer notifies of the cancellation, a penalty of 60% of the total tour cost will be charged.
If the trip is canceled on the day of departure, and the buyer notifies of the cancellation, 100% of the total tour fee will be charged as a penalty.
