If the itinerary date is partially or fully within the following periods: 2026.6.19-2026.6.21, 2026.9.25-2026.9.27, 2026.10.1-2026.10.7, 2027.1.1, 2027.2.6, 2027.4.5, 2027.5.1, 2027.6.9, if the order is confirmed by Klook and the traveler cancels the order more than 60 days before the start of the itinerary (excluding the day of departure), a full refund of the travel fee will be issued.
If the order is confirmed by Klook outside of the aforementioned special periods, and the traveler requests to cancel the order more than 30 days before the start of the itinerary (excluding the day of departure), a full refund of the travel fee will be issued.
If the order is canceled by the traveler within 60 days before the start of the itinerary (excluding the day of travel) during a special period, or within 30 days before the start of the itinerary during a non-special period, a refund will be issued based on the actual calculated loss.
