• If the trip is canceled 7 days (inclusive) or more before the assembly date, 0% of the fee will be deducted.
• If the trip is canceled 6-4 days (inclusive) before the departure date, 20% of the fee will be deducted.
• If the itinerary is canceled 3 to 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the departure date, 40% of the fee will be deducted.
• If the trip is canceled on the day of assembly, 60% of the fee will be deducted.
• Many accommodations on this itinerary require advance resource confirmation and payment of related fees. If you withdraw due to personal reasons, and the proportion of fees deducted according to the contract's withdrawal date is insufficient to cover actual losses, compensation will be provided based on actual losses, but not exceeding the total travel cost. We appreciate your understanding.
• In the event of force majeure or extreme weather, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the trip. Should this occur, you may choose to reschedule.
• If some attractions are temporarily closed due to force majeure or extreme weather, partial refunds will be accepted.
