Kitulgala Adventure Day Tour from Kandy

• Hotel pick up from Kandy and drive to Kitugala
• Arrive at Kitulgala and have breakfast
• Get ready to enjoy a trek to natural rock pools and waterfalls of Kataran Oya, a 1.5km journey. There are 7 natural pools where you can experience rock sliding in a 5 meter waterfall (while wearing safety gear) into the rock pool
• Enjoy a confidence jump activity safely into a beautiful rock pool and swim in the cool and clean waters
• Get some time to try your hand at canoeing
• Experience a 5km white water rafting experience in the picturesque Kelani River, covering 5 major rapids and 4 minor rapids. (A safety briefing will be given by our white water rafting instructors beforehand)
• Break for local traditional lunch
• Enjoy a short swim in the river or relax
• Arrive at the base area of Kitulgala for your drive back to Kandy
• Drop off at hotel in Colombo

Eligibility

• Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 0-3 can join this activity free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
• Minimum age requirement for rafting: 13 years old

• Vehicle Options:
• Car (up to 3 people): Toyota Axio, Prius Hybrid, Premio/Honda Fit Shuttle or similar
• Mini Van (4-7 people): Toyota KDH/Nissan Caravan or similar
• Locker facilities are available for you to stow your belongings at no extra charge
• Rafting is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant
• Vegetarian meal options can be made available on request; please select your meal preference at checkout
