• Children aged 3-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Activities inside the facility are intended for children aged 3 to 15

• 【Regarding Admission Reservations】

• Each reservation requires an accompanying adult (16 years and older) for entry. Reservations made for adults only or children only will be canceled

• Infants (2 years and under) can enter for free, but entry is not allowed for groups consisting of only adults and infants

• Reservations that have already been made cannot be transferred to this service

• If you wish to change your reservation (date, number of participants, or participant details), please cancel your current reservation and make a new one

• Cancellations or changes after the deadline cannot be accepted under any circumstances

• Activities are intended for children aged 3 to 15. Children 2 years and under cannot participate

• Parents or guardians are not allowed to enter the pavilions

• All admission procedures and activity experiences are conducted in Japanese

• 【Regarding Entry and Exit】

• When entering or exiting, please ensure that all members of your reservation group are together and proceed to the entry/exit gate

• Temporary exit and re-entry are allowed for adults (with conditions), but children are not permitted to leave temporarily

• Re-entry is not allowed after exiting.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Opening hours

• Selectable 1-Day Plan – 8-Hour Pass (9:00–17:00) *Held on irregular dates

• Opening hours and closure dates may change. Kindly check the latest information before your visit

• Admission begins 30 minutes before the official opening hours

• Entrance registration begins at around 7:30 for the first session and around 9:30 for the second session (numbered ticket distribution).

• Activities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. As the number of spots is limited, we recommend arriving early
