Eligibility

• A parent consent form is required for participants aged 12-18 who will not be accompanied by their parents. The consent form will be sent to you by email once your booking has been confirmed. Please print it out, sign it, and then bring it to the activity location
• Due to the nature of the snorkeling activity, children aged 0-5 and seniors aged 59+ cannot participate in this activity
• Participants must be aged 6+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 6-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• This activity requires a minimum of 2 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund

• An environmental fee of JPY100 applies to participants aged 15+, payable onsite
• Depending on the sea conditions, you may not be able to see sea turtles. Please note that no refund will be issued even if you cannot see it.

In addition, accordingly to your health condition on the day of the activity, you might not be able to join us and without refunds.
