Usage validity

The voucher is valid for 180 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

The departure and return journeys can be on different days, and the return ticket is valid for 180 days after you redeem your departure ticket

Note: The booking would be marked as completed even if the voucher has not been redeemed. But no worries, you may still use your voucher within the validity period
Redemption information
- When booking for multiple people, you will receive 1 QR code for the entire group. Tickets in the same booking must be redeemed together. Purchase individually for separate redemption
- Present your mobile voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the Skyliner ticket machines or counters, along with your passport
- You'll receive 2 tickets at redemption, one for departure and one for return, and the return ticket must be exchanged at a ticket machine for a reserved seat before boarding your return train (example)

- Note: Skyliner ticket machines cannot issue tickets for trains departing in 10–15 minutes; please exchange at the counter
