Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 13+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 13-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Customers are not allowed to bring anything on the raft due to health and safety reasons

• Whitewater rafting will still go ahead if it's raining. If you decide to cancel due to rain or bad weather at short notice, the operator will not refund you

• The rafts are large enough to carry six or seven people plus your rafting guide. If you are traveling in a group, the operator can generally organize, so you get to go down the river in the same raft

• You are not required to have rafting experience to enjoy this activity. But it is recommended that you are able to swim

• Cliff jumping and rapid swimming activities are dependent on water level and water temperature

• Customers can select to meet up at Camp Street 7 and jump on the shuttle that will take them to Rafting Base or self-drive to the Rafting Base. Please select your options in the check out page
