  • Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
  • Refunds and changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; Klook will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
  • If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
  • No refunds or changes will be given to latecomers and no-shows, and to those who were denied service for refusing to follow the rules and regulations of the operator
  • If you've attended at least one experience, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, you cannot request for refunds
  • The activity will be cancelled if the number of participants do not meet the minimum number. A full refund will be issued
  • Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
  • Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
  • Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 0 minutes or more
  • The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
