• Birds in trees or on the shoulders may defecate. Please use the tissues in the bird food section.

• The pond is not fenced in so that visitors can get up close and personal with the birds in the park. Guests with children are asked to keep an eye on their children.

• Do not chase or catch the birds.

• After interacting with the birds, wash your hands with soap and water.

• Do not bring in bird food.

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
