Redemption information

• Please go to the green ticket-vending machines and pick up the physical ticket by scanning the QR code of the e-ticket and non-Japanese passport.

Sanyo-San’in Area Pass 7 Day:

• 1. Confirmation email will be sent to the appointed email address once the booking is made.
• 2. Please go to green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical ticket by scanning QR code of e-ticket and non-Japanese passport. (Operation menus of machine can be displayed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean.)

• ※If the machine breaks down or the passport have no IC chip, please proceed to JR-WEST Ticket Office to exchange physical ticket.
• 3. Then, the physical pass is successfully redeemed.
• 4. Exchanging reserved seat tickets: before getting on the train, please go to green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical reserved seat tickets by the area pass.

• Notice of redemption of reserved seating for JR-West Rail Pass
• 1. Different passes can be redeemed for different number of times of reserved seating ticket. Please check the product page for details.
• 2. Please check each product page for achievable train for reserved seating.
• 3. The reserved seating for pass must be redeemed separately (make reservation at green machine or window).
• 4. The pass can be used to take non-reserved seating directly when the number of times of reserved seating is ran out or if there is no prior redemption of reserved seating ticket.
• 5. Unlimited rides of reserved seating ticket can be redeemed, it requires manual reservation at green window when using for the seventh times and above, and machine is not able to redeem directly.

• Passengers will receive a PDF file in the mailbox after booking,please show the QR-Code at the facility during the visit, or present the ticket.
• The same facility can only be used once, and the same facility can not be re-entered.
• Ticket validity period: 270 days after purchase. EX: Tickets purchased on 1/1 ⇒ Ticket validity period:1/1~9/28
• Ticket Validity Period: After Scanning The Code At The First Facility, It Is Valid For 7 Days. EX: If You Start To Use It On 7/1 → Validity Period: 7/1~7/7
• Available Facilities: You Can Use 3 Facilities During The Valid Period.
• When the ticket has been used, the 7 day validity period will not exceed the 270 day validity period of the ticket itself. EX: Ticket period: 1/19/28, if the tickets starts on 9/27, the valid time is: 9/279/28.
• Facilities That Are Unused Cannot Be Refunded.
• One-time use per person.
