Eligibility

• Children must be at least 6 years old and 100 cm tall to ride.

• "Jurassic World: The Ride" is rated PG. Children under 6 are not allowed to experience it. Please present an ID card with the date of birth for verification at the venue. If the document presented is deemed unqualified by the merchant, the merchant reserves the right to refuse service and will not provide a refund.

• Student ticket eligibility: Please present your student ID upon check-in. If you do not have a student ID, you may provide a screenshot of your campus system login screen. Discounted tickets are available for those who meet the requirements after verification.

• Discount tickets are applicable for: children under 7 years old, seniors over 65 years old, individuals with disability certificates and 1 accompanying person. Please present relevant documents upon check-in, and only those confirmed to be eligible may purchase the discounted ticket price.

• Student tickets are for the ticket holder only. Kaohsiung citizens can purchase up to 4 discounted tickets with one form of identification.

Additional information

• The Flying Theater is located on the second floor. You will need to walk upstairs and seat yourself. Wheelchair users or those with mobility issues will need to be accompanied and assisted upstairs by a companion. Please consider your ability to enter the theater.
• Those who have reserved weekday sessions should report to the counter 15 minutes before the session starts; those who have reserved holiday sessions should report 30 minutes before the session starts due to the larger crowds on holidays. If you are unable to check in, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refunds will be given after the check-in time.
• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
