• Traffic near the Yachting Center can be congested, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before your boarding time. (Please wait at the "iloveyouyacht" boarding area, where your reservation voucher will be verified before boarding.)
• The pre-consultation will be conducted through the email you provided during the booking.
• Please be punctual to ensure there are no delays for other reservation teams.
• As we operate by reservation only, please note that no refunds will be issued in case of No-show or late arrivals. We appreciate your understading in advance.
