• Children aged 0-3 can enter free of charge
• Seniors aged 65+ and children aged 4–17 must present valid identification, such as a driver's license, health insurance card, parent-child handbook, or a valid passport

Additional information

• Non-commercial photography is allowed, but filming is prohibited in certain areas, including attractions, museums, and events. Please check with the staff before taking photos or videos, especially in restaurants
• Avoid photography in restricted areas. For commercial projects, obtain prior approval from the business planning department
• Every customer has a chance to re-enter the park after exiting the first time. This applies to park entrances, with the exception of the harbor gate (Free zone and charging zone) and west gate

• Please note that seat selection is not available at the time of purchase. Tickets with seat numbers will be distributed based on the order of QR code scanning at the venue
• The fireworks show will proceed regardless of weather conditions. If rain is expected, please bring a raincoat or poncho, as umbrellas are not permitted in the viewing area
• It takes about 30 minutes on foot from the fireworks viewing area to JR Huis Ten Bosch Station. As heavy congestion is expected after the show, please allow extra time for your travel

• Present your mobile voucher to exchange for a physical ticket, which will include your designated seat number
• Redemption time and location
• From 10:00 to17:59: redeem at the visitor center near the welcome gate. Please refer to the map link
• From 18:00 to 19:00: redeem at the Panoramic View Venue. Please refer to the map link
• Please note that the redemption after 19:00 will not be accepted
