Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
• Adult prices will apply from 13 years old
• Children who have not yet reached their 3rd birthday (0-2 years) may accompany as a spectator under supervision the of an adult spectator but are not permitted to fly
• Children must be a minimum of 3 years old to travel on the balloon flight and children up to the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the balloon flight
• Children aged 13 to 17 years old can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the rest of the tour including bus transfers

Booking limitations

• Participants must be able to climb up the 1.2 m foothold ladder into the hot air balloon basket without assistance
• Participants must be able to stand for the duration of the flight

Additional information

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

• Pregnant women and those who participated in diving the previous day are not suited to this activity

• Passengers with medical conditions or that have accessibility issues, please check with your doctor or specialist prior to booking

• Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large bags

• Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided on every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given
