Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Free for children aged 0-1 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 2+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Children aged 1-2 years old who do not require a seat are free, but participation is not recommended. If you must participate, please inform us by email in advance. If you do not inform us in advance and there is not enough space, the driver has the right to refuse service. Thank you. Children under 2 years old who need a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket and must be noted. Children over 2 years old are also the same price as adults. • 6. Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on the daily traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd influence. The order of the itinerary may also be changed. As vehicle usage in Japan is restricted to 10 hours, please understand that delays, cancellations, or reduced attractions may occur due to traffic jams on red days or force majeure events. Requests for refunds based on these reasons will not be accepted.
• 7. Vehicle type: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of people in the group. For small groups, the driver will also serve as an escort throughout the tour, and a separate tour leader will not be assigned. Please be aware that this is a shared car service, and other guests will be traveling with you.
• 8. The day trip does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. Please evaluate your health or ability. Please be aware that due to Japanese regulations restricting vehicle usage to 10 hours, and traffic congestion around Mount Fuji and surrounding attractions during the cherry blossom season (March 15 - April 15) or on Japanese public holidays (weekends and major holidays), the tour guide reserves the right to shorten the time spent at attractions should this situation arise.
