Guests can exchange their snow cards at the ski resort window by presenting their check-in slip + ID card/Home Return Permit/passport (the name must match the information on the hotel check-in slip) to enter the park.
Anyone over 60 years old needs to sign the "Safety Responsibility Notice" before entering the park (can be signed at the hotel or at the ski resort; a paper version is required to redeem the ski pass).
After checking in at the hotel, the hotel will issue an electronic ski ticket to the guest based on the check-in information (the person checking in must be the same as the skier). The ticket is restricted to personal use and cannot be transferred.
Electronic snow tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable after issuance. Please use on the specified date of purchase. The ticket is valid for one-time use only. Re-entry after exiting requires purchasing another ticket at the ski resort ticket office.
This price includes service charge and government taxes.
This product cannot be cashed out, no change will be given, no refunds, and cannot be exchanged for other hotel services of equal value.

Ski ticket rules and instructions: Tickets are claimed after arriving at the hotel and completing check-in. The hotel will issue electronic ski tickets to guests based on the check-in information (the registered guest must be the same person enjoying the snow entertainment). Tickets are restricted to personal use, non-transferable, and valid during the stay.
Once the electronic ski ticket is issued, no refunds or modifications are allowed. Please use it on the specified date purchased. The ticket is valid for one-time use only. Re-entry after leaving requires purchasing another ticket at the ski resort ticket window.
On the day of your visit, please bring your valid ID and the check-in slip issued by the hotel to the ski resort ticket window to exchange them for a physical ski card. You will need both your ID and the physical ski card to pass through the gates when entering the ski resort. If the physical ski card is lost during your visit, a replacement fee of 20 RMB per card will be charged.
The ski resort's operating hours are tentatively set from 10:00 to 22:00. Open to all visitors, same price for adults and children. Visitors under 18 are advised to be accompanied by an adult capable of providing safety supervision.
