• The canal cruise runs in all weather conditions
• Please note that Saturday schedules can be very busy and crowded. It is recommended to choose another activity day if your schedule permits, to avoid the big crowds
• The canal cruise is not recommended for participants with wheelchairs and strollers. Participants with disabilities can participate in the activity as long as they are able to board the boat with assistance
• Please note: The Heineken Experience must be visited at your selected date and time

Heineken Experience

• Monday-Sunday: 12:30-21:00
• Last admission: 19:30
• From 1 July – 2 September the opening hours are as follows:
• Monday to Sunday - 10:30 – 18:45 (Last time slot for entry)

Amsterdam Canal Cruise (1 hour)

• Monday-Sunday: 10:00-20:00
• Guests can choose whether to depart from Prins Hendrikkade, Leidseplein, Westerdok or Rijksmuseum
• Frequency: Cruise departs every 30 minutes

Reservation procedure

• Please select the time slot for your visit to the Heineken Experience
• To guarantee a specific time slot, it is recommended to reserve your cruise in advance. You can do this by visiting any Tours & Tickets shop to secure your spot, such as the locations at Damrak 26 and Paulus Potterstraat 3B
