• In the event of needing assistance due to the nominated drivers own fault and not following instructions a call-out fee of $250 will apply

• From time to time there are river closures out of our control, which may affect the cruising route on the Yarra River, this may be for a rowing contest, Moomba festival, or emergency response.  The operator cannot guarantee on the day of your booking that there is not a river closure

• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• The legal drinking age in Australia is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
